Curb hunger with glass of water
- Since my blog posts are concerned with the health aspects, I thought of giving a few insights on how to reduce weight natural way.
- Obesity these days has become the problem of new generation. This is because of the new technology that we are in.
- More mental strain and less physical movement.
- High sugar, high cholesterol has become the common diseases.
- To lose weight many of us do exercise or go to gymnasium.
- May it be gym or aerobic.
- If one does not control one’s own diet no use of doing so.
- There are so many weight loss programs on the internet.
- Some give good guidelines on dieting solution. They may not tell you the simple facts of life.
- How to lose weight naturally with water therapy is a simple technique that anyone can follow it.
- Some of us are overweight due to excess of eating. We should eat what it requires not in excess
- How do you control this?
- Before meals/food drink a glass of water.
- This will fill your stomach as a result you will eat less
- Eat slowly. If you are eating fast one will not know the actual quantity of food one requires. chew the food couple of times and eat.
- If one practices it he/she will eat less.
- Practice it daily
Note : Do not drink
too much of water also (one glass or a half is sufficient)
